You have a guaranteed opportunity to exchange or return goods from TM TOPDOG, for any reason.

To do this, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of the order in accordance with consumer protection.

To make a return / exchange, send a letter to topdogua@gmail.com, indicating the name \ order number \ phone number \ in case of defects, attach detailed photos.

Return / exchange of goods is subject to the following conditions:

• preservation of seals, labels in place (not cut);
• no traces of wear, dirt, odors;
• preservation of product appearance and consumer properties;
• preservation of packaging;

Ways to return / exchange goods:

in branches of delivery service "Nova Poshta", delivery is paid by the customer.

Refunds will be made within 3-5 banking days after we receive and inspect the goods.

The exchange takes place within 1-2 days after receipt and inspection of the goods.
